This is not a conclusion I've come to quickly, it's taken many years of investigation and experimentation.

For I have shaman powers. I, can summon the rains.

The rain dance that I perform, is the act of washing my car. This, combined with the dry off lap around the neighbourhood (the car, my rain maker instrument if you will) causes it, without fail, TO RAIN EVERY FUCKING TIME! GOD DAMN IT!
